This policy applies upon confirmation of participation in any Uniserv event. By confirming participation, universities agree to the following terms regarding cancellations:

1. Cancellation Period:

   • Cancellations made up to 30 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund of participation fees.

   • Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund.

   • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event date will not be eligible for a refund, as participation fees are allocated towards event-related expenses such as venue leasing, marketing, and logistics.

2. Event Modifications:

   • In the event of significant changes to the date or format of the event, participants may request a full refund if the new arrangements do not suit their needs. Such requests must be made within 7 days of receiving notice of the changes.

3. Force Majeure:

   • Uniserv will not be held liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies. In these cases, Uniserv will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or adapt the event format.
